About Us

Why Delta?

At Delta Physical Therapy, we deliberately keep our patient-to-therapist ratio low, allowing us to be more thorough with our patients, getting to the root of your problems and returning you to a pain-free, active lifestyle faster.

Using a tailored approach, our patients are able to return to activities they enjoy without pain and, in many cases, are even able to avoid or prevent further medical interventions or surgery.

Your Health Is Our Focus.

THE DELTA TEAM

Kristen Glascock

PT, DPT, COMT | Co-Founder of Delta Physical Therapy

Born and raised in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, Kristen has always believed that movement is medicine. She took her passion for movement from cross-country runs at Ponchatoula High School to the classrooms of Southeastern Louisiana University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. In 2011, she leveled up again, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama. Since then, she’s continued to push the limits of her expertise, becoming certified in dry needling and earning her Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Therapy—because when it comes to helping patients move and feel better, there’s always more to learn!

Kristen believes in a hands-on, personalized approach to care, helping patients get back to doing what they love—whether that’s crushing a workout, chasing after their kids, or simply moving pain-free. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her on the tennis court, pushing through a CrossFit WOD, or enjoying the chaos of life on her small family farm, where she and her family raise sheep and goats. She loves spending time with her husband and sons, embracing the same active, fulfilling lifestyle she encourages in her patients.

For Kristen, physical therapy isn’t just a job—it’s a way of life. Helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to what they love is what drives her every day!
