At Delta Physical Therapy, we deliberately keep our patient-to-therapist ratio low, allowing us to be more thorough with our patients, getting to the root of your problems and returning you to a pain-free, active lifestyle faster.
Using a tailored approach, our patients are able to return to activities they enjoy without pain and, in many cases, are even able to avoid or prevent further medical interventions or surgery.

Kristen Glascock
PT, DPT, COMT | Co-Founder of Delta Physical Therapy
Kristen is a native of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. She attended Ponchatoula High School and went on to graduate from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor in Exercise Science. In 2011, she graduated from the University of South Alabama with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kristen is certified in dry needling and recently completed her certificate in orthopedic manual therapy. Knowledge is power and in Kristen's case, she is constantly learning to better serve her patients and profession.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, and Crossfit, and spending time with her husband and sons. Kristen is passionate about a hands-on manual therapy approach and getting patients back to their favorite activities while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Steve Levins
PT, MSc., OCS, FAAOMPT | Co-Founder of Delta Physical Therapy
Steve is originally from Prince George, British Columbia, Canada. He received his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Science from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He continued with post-graduate training becoming a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Steve later completed certification through the Manual Therapy Institute. He gained Fellow status in 2013 and is one of a small group of Fellowship trained Physical Therapists in Louisiana. Steve has a diverse background in both educational and professional settings, focused on orthopedic treatment and manual therapy. He was a teaching assistant in the Physiotherapy program in Vancouver, Canada, and a clinical instructor for LSU physical therapy students. He has published research in professional journals and has been a reviewer for The Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy and Manual Therapy. Steve has his ICE CMFA: Certification in Management of the Fitness Athlete and is certified in dry needling.
When not in the clinic, Steve enjoys playing and watching hockey. He has completed 2 IronMan Triathlons in Canada and Florida. Steve lives in Baton Rouge with his wife, son, and two dogs and has a daughter at Southeastern Louisiana University (Go Lions!)

Clint Caballero
PT, DPT
Clint is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received his bachelor’s in kinesiology from Louisiana State University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama. He is certified as a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer.
Clint currently lives in Brusly with his wife Jamie and their 3 children, and dog Ralphie. He loves to cheer on his favorite local teams - LSU and the Saints! When he isn’t in the clinic you can find Clint outdoors, hunting or fishing. He also loves whipping up a good meal in the kitchen.

Sydney Priola
PT, DPT
Syndey is a native of Mandeville, Louisiana, and attended Mandeville High School. She is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University - Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. She is certified in dry needling.
Sydney is a big New Orleans Pelicans fan (Flock Up!). Mom to one spoiled CAT named Emmy, who is also known as the COVID cat. Whom she rescued during the lockdown, and now runs the house. She enjoys playing tennis with her husband, Jeremy, getting a workout in, inline skating around town, or catching up on her guilty pleasures (any reality show on Bravo).

Crystal Argrave
Practice Manager
Crystal is a native of Baton Rouge Louisiana where she graduated from Belaire High School. She attended LSU where she studied English Literature. Her favorite sports team is L-S-U! Crystal is married with 2 human children and a dog child, she loves to read and write and binge-watch tv shows!

Haley Gregoire
Assistant Practice Manager; Social Media
Haley is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she attended St. Michael High School, Southeastern, and Nicholls where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics/ Nutrition. Haley is a certified Dietitian Nutrition Coach and, has her CrossFit Level-1 - working on her Level 2. A fun fact about Haley is that she has a twin sister who is also her best friend.
