How do I pay for Physical Therapy

As a courtesy to our clients, we will submit insurance information on your behalf for reimbursement. We accept most major insurance carriers; however, there are a multitude of plans and varying policies within.

We will be happy to verify insurance benefits prior to your next visit and help determine the most cost effective option for you and your family.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Humana
  • Medicare
  • Vantage
  • Verity (LSU First, Tier II)
  • EBRSO Plan
  • Workers Compensation
  • Veterans Administration (TriCare)

If you do not see your plan listed here, please contact us as this list is not comprehensive of every policy we accept.

You don’t accept my insurance

We still have good news! You can still choose Delta Physical Therapy as your preferred PT provider. If your insurance plan allows for out of network benefits, please notify someone from the Delta Physical Therapy team upon arrival so we can get you the necessary information to file your claim. This is not a guarantee of coverage as benefits vary from plan to plan.
